Both real friendly. Female looks like it recently had a litter. No collars we will be checking for chips in the morning. I suspect they were just dumped. Anyone near Northeast PA want 2 doggies. We already have 2 8 month old shepherds otherwise we probably would. Top picture is the male. Update owners found. They are gone home. I told the owners they need to get collars with name tags. We have taken several in. We usually find the owner. I would rather shelter a dog than a human. Good on you and i hope they find a home with a non selfish human.
