They, meaning writers, haven't run out of ideas, its just that all new movies are risky. Will people like it? for hollywood its safer to just make movies with a "built in" audience. Predator is one of them. For action movies its even worse, simply because instead of just actors they have to invest millions in special effects. If it bombs they are screwed. Thats why its safer to retread old comics from the 1960's. |

HEY GUISE WE'RE THE PREY! OH! They're predators and the humans are the prey I get it... Yeah we know how predators are. They hunt. Did a fucking 10 year old write this script? OH I forgot how stupid we were and needed to have this very basic concept of predator vs prey explained to us.  I don't have high hopes. |
