Is the new 2010 1200 VFR going to be a reality or not?????
If so who is buying one??? |

I looks like it is going to be a fun bike. Probably a bit smoother than any of the other HyperSport bikes. Should be a good Mid point between the Top end performance of the ZX14 , Hayabusa and the less powerful but more sophisticated and pricey BMW K1300 S. Should be a great bike Love the Honda Shaft Drives (have them on our Wings)
Since I have a Hayabusa and a B King though I won't be buying. I will be anxious to hear from those who do. |

If it weighs as much or more than the 6th gen, never. Now, if they would make a sportier 800cc version with similar weight, suspension, and ground clearance of a 600RR... To summarize: DO NOT WANT |

Honda is very good at making well engineered, mechanically brilliant, incredibly boring motocycles. They have piss-poor electrical engineers, and after more than 25 years since the early 80s VFs, still can't make a decent cam chain tensioner. I guess I was mostly referring to my old 1983 CB650. The electrical engineering is dead on. One day when I was riding it the fuse block melted. I made a new one for it and its worked great since. |
