Well I am getting a goal sheet going for next year. I like spreadsheets and calender pop ups. I have now been in my current position for a year and feel i am doing ok. Now I want to excel.
It is basically insurance sales. P & C and Life with small commercial too. What do you all use for categories for your goal lists? What things (regardless of line of work) do you roll over from year to year as ongoing goals? Trying to hit the ground running early. I have already set the major marketing budget and vehicles in motion for next year and am working on the niche stuff. Thoughts? |
