DHS allows more silliness and buffoonery on the part of its leader. I have to assume that that's the less stressful post.

I am glad Willingham was not the Director of Homeland Security. If he was NYC would look a lot like Bagdad

did they find a replacment for Davis? If not then there's a head coach position at the Cleveland Browns
