| WTF is this shit. I place an order online and get billed by these fucks, for their sevice. Ten dollars and sxty eight fucking cents,for what?? No mention of this on the sellers site. Showed up on My CC bill How is this legal? Checked their site to file a complaint but I was to pissed to understand that BS,thought Id bitch here. Has anyone had to deal with this? Uh thanks. |

JCPenny use to have an agreement with a vendor during check out. Something you have to opt out of. Its one of those little check boxes on the page. They were charging me like 9 bucks a month for like 6 months before I found out what the hell it was. Google that info shown on the CC bill, and should bring up a lot of fraud alert sites, or blogs for BBB actions and such. Good luck.
