Three weeks, and I'm down ten pounds.
Feeling good. 30 lbs to go.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm 5'9 and weighed 258 this time last year. I'm probably about 228 now. I changed the way I eat and started lifting weights every other day to lose the first 28lbs. I hit a plateau and stopped losing weight so last week I started running. I'm doing about 3.5-4 miles every other night. I'm not the speediest guy when I run but each night I am setting personal records in pace and overall time. More importantly...I feel fuckin' great! |
