Looks like the flash from my .357 Sig.  Not the recoil, though...

I think it is more like a 5/4 10mm, I think CChurchi has one and hopefully pipes in soon.

Here's one loaded with 135 gr JHP (1800 FPS...) next to a 9mm Gold Dot for reference.

45 Win Mag case necked down to 10mm. It mimics 300 Blackout from a Handgun. Uses small rifle primers and magnum powder.

Why not just .45 WinMag?  I run Underwood 230gr @ 1600fps loads in my Wildey....

How does the magazine function? Didn't glock conversions have issues with their mags?

Slight increase in FPS maybe?

So the same concept as a 357 Sig, 40 necked down to 9mm. This is a 45ACP necked down to a 40 S&W?

Perhaps some one should neck down a 45ACP to 357?

Works fine with factory mags, all 15 rds. I use P-14 +10% springs just to be sure though.

It's more than that, thicker brass that runs at 50,000 PSI and you use small rifle primers with the slow burning powder. 460 Roweland is better, but needs a comp. No comp needed with 40 Super...

What is a max load in .40 Super?  OP quoted 220 gr @ 1350fps - which is a good ways down from what Underwood ships in .45 Win Mag.
