| You CAN sell it. You just can't make it with the intent of selling it. You can, however, change your mind later. Until you do sell it, no markings are required. ATF has suggested to others that it have marking sufficient to identify it in case it's stolen. If you do sell it, then it needs some kind of ID and a unique serial number. |
