I think I’m most interested in the f3ns and maybe a hation. I suppose with the shiros you either sit and wait for something to pop up new or you buy overpriced used?

Actually used ones aren't usually overpriced unless you're looking at limited runs.

We do a $20 white elephant gift at the inlaws. I'm terrible (and lazy) about buying presents so I just put in $20. But I make them work for it. This year is $20 in pennies in a PVC tube.

That is a very old Cold Steel.
Near as I can recall, it was from the late 90's and they dont make it anymore.
It is not 3V. IIRC, it is AUS 8 or AUS 10.
I had just gotten out of the Marines and decided I needed a big scary knife for no known reason.
Lost the box somewhere while moving.

ETA - It is AUS 8A and has the Concealex (tm) leather sheath.

The stonewash finish was a sprint run.
They sold FAST.
Yours is a DLC coated blade.
I'll take it off your hands for $87.

Oh and my autocorrect hates me. If I taught it to capitalize the M it would probably replace the whole word with something totally different. Feel lucky it got the word partially right.

Hmm, that explains it. Rob lowe and donut with the sketchy info. Still an excellent knife.

To my question however, I just church it in the tumbler with rocks?

Our youngest daughter got this as a Christmas present many years ago.... It's a lamp.

I've wanted to make it a white elephant gift swap where the "loser" has to display the lamp prominently in their house from Thanksgiving until New Years Day, where it goes to the next "victim".

There's an ancient Coca cola glass set that's been passed around their family for many years that everyone tries to avoid and it gets recycled the next year.
