I was in construction more years than you've been alive before becoming an attorney. I'm pretty fucking good at it too. I've got just about every power tool there is to be had.

I was going to say I don't but then I remembered I do have one hiding in the garage somewhere. In my line of work, you don't even think about using one. It goes from wrench to hot wrench very quickly.

Merry Christmas!
I would like to say the wife and I will be sleeping in and laying low today but here I am up since 2:30...oh well. Nothing planned for today that I know of except her parents will be over for a quick luncheon some time in the afternoon. Keeping the pellet stove going is my only job for today.
Will finish my coffee and try to nap on the couch till she gets up.

Good Morning and Merry Christmas to everyone!
Like most of you, I stayed up late last night making sure Santa's gifts were properly placed....
Only to be woken up at dawn by eager heathens who refused to wait for coffee to be made.

I hope you all are having a great day and able to spend time with those you love...

Wow! A shiro tool and 3 saw blades wiped out 400 bucks awful quick!
Going to have to wait on a new knife for a while.
Supposed to warm up some by the end of the week. Need to service the truck. 15,000 miles in a little over 2 years with 6 months of it me still working. I like retirement! Down to about 4000 miles a year instead of 60,000!
Hope everyone is enjoying the day!

Last time I used one at work was to cut a counterweight bolt out of a forklift. The threads seized with just enough room that I could jack up the counterweight and slip a sawzall blade in there to cut it.

Most of the time a cutoff wheel on a grinder or a cutting torch gets the job done though.
