To be clear, the Sig does 10 at a shorter height. I typically use the extended mag that does 12. The extended mag for 12 is comparable for the PSA with 15 for height. The PSA cannot go shorter. The sig has the rounded heel. The PSA squeezes more in with the traditional grip heel. The Sig extended mag has an angle to it for less print.

So what are you guys using for cases/knife rolls/etc? I used to use a Maxpedition dump tray for keys, knife, flashlight, etc. but now that I have some nice knives, Id prefer something better.

Just going to sit on the dresser for when I get dressed and grab a knife for the day.

I have a Husky Pelican style box with foam, but its a little cumbersome for where I would put it for this

I just have a small shelf next to the bed. Only the ones I routinely carry or care about live there. The rest are in a small Rubbermaid-type box.

Big pile in the middle of the dresser. I like to leave the blades open, too. It makes a fun sound when I toss the day's knife on top in the evening.

But the real answer is that I use a cigar box as a valet tray at home, and keep most of my knives in this at my office: https://a.co/d/ioLlNn1

I tried that. Daughter cut her finger and then picked up my G19 that I put on there and muzzle swept our bedroom before I could take them both from her hands

Those that don't get carried often live in a disorganized pile on one shelf in my safe. I don't have any particularly expensive knives. The one or two that I carry regularly, if they aren't in my pocket, sit next to my pistol, wallet, and keys either on my bedside table or on top of the safe where I tend to dump my pocket loot.

I've had plans in the back of my head to build a nice, divided drawer out of walnut that sits on that shelf to organize the pile-o-knives. Maybe one day, for now it's too easy to just close the door to the safe and forget about the pile.

Tossed the SHINY scales into the tumbler for a couple hours with stainless steel pin media and some lemi-shine. I really like the finish that resulted. I may try to anodize these down the road to make a more durable finish. Ignore the boogers on the blade, many years ago I needed to open the cap to a container of battery acid. That was the day I learned about acid etching steel.

Right fresh from mill, left tumbled

It's because if you are selling something in a post outside the FB sales platform, it gets autotagged by their bots and removed. Putting the numbers in there in non numerical ways avoids removal.
