Are there any good AK builders out there that will also parkerize and gunkote the metal parts and put it all together for less than an arm and a leg?

I would contact Vector. I know they will use your kit to build a Krink, so they may do it for other AK's. They use Gunkote on their Krink pistols IIRC.

A local fellow here had an AK built and parked by MCA it turned out exceptionally nice. I believe one of our members is an owner in the company, someone will be along to point you in the right direction.
