trade deadline is Nov 6th
maximum of two trades per season per team.
if a trade gets 6 votes against, its vetoed
we will now have two IR players to better allow for covid crap

I won the league once before back in 2007. I am looking at the bobblehead trophy as I type this. So we have had this league going for 15 years now. No reason to stop it now
