| What is the best manual or Video for a first time AR builder. I am buying a Mega lower and was wondering about manuals or videos. |
I would read through AR15.com's very helpful info first! You can find it at "Build it Yourself" . Post questions you have here, and everybody will jump in to help you out!  This is how I built my first AR, and it will save you some $ (no video purchase) If you still feel you need a video....post the question in the "Build it Yourself" forum, and I am sure you will get some responses, and maybe even an offer to sell you a used video

Right here on AR15.com Lower Receiver Assembly Instructions This was enough for me to figure out how to get it assembled, or you could do a search for the "Army TM 9-1005-319-23&P" M-16 Technical Manual (check Bushmaster.com) and it will show you more information. The lower is the only complicated part, the upper is fairly straight-forward. If you get stuck, send a message to the guys in the AR15 forum, they were very helpful to me when I had AR15 questions. -Lee |
