Has anyone else had issues with the AR15.com on-line store Customer Service (i.e. lack there of) ?

What avenues of approach have you used to contact customer service?  Remember that black Friday just went down and you ate used the ar15 forum for free.

Nope. I had an issue the other day. Withing 30 minutes we had email back and forth a few times and the issue was resolved 100% to my satisfaction.

I don't think that's fair. Sure some of use it for free but by the sheer number of us here they should be making out pretty well on vendor accounts and advertising. Remember, without the users, there is no forum.

Yeah, I ordered a couple of their rocks glasses, and the cheap bastards didn't even send any booze...

I ordered some stuff for black friday.
Checked my account today and it showed no privious orders.
Checked bank account was indeed charged.
Sent email to ARFCOM store contact email.
Had information about my order in less than an hour.

You cant beat that in my opinion.

Tech Support Moderators have nothing to do with the store.
