While working I accidentally took a chunk out of a mole on my arm. Now it hurts like hell and is having trouble healing. Any advice?

Guns? I don't own any guns anymore. They were all lost in a tragic boating accident .

Don't worry, no pics will be posted. I have a team membership on the way and don't want to get banned beforehand!

dear arfcom docs, during this morning's PT (running stairs and track for 40-50 minutes) I transitioned from very cold and dry (<10 degrees) to very warm (>70 degrees) several times in the middle of the workout.  my breathing is now labored and somewhat difficult.  should i cut out my lungs with a stolen steakknife or wait and see how i feel  tomorrow? (semiserious...)

I don't see anything in the CoC concerning MOTD pics.  Mole of the Day

No need to make fun. I honestly wasn't sure if a decapitated mole was any different to treat than a regular cut.
