| I tried to download and load a program (NERO) and it said it had to restart. When it did, I got a message saying it couldn't find my profile, so now it logs me on with a temporary every time. I can go into the drive and look at all the stuff that's on my old desktop and everything, but I can't get it to load my old settings. Anyone know how to fix this? |

I had Nero on here before, but the demo version had expired. I downloaded a new version and this happened after the restart. I already got rid of everything associated with it once I ran into this issue. I already did the system restore and it half worked. Some of the settings are back to default, and some are the way I had them. What can I check under the User Accounts?
