Since the previous thread has hit the page limit for threads, I'm starting this one (on request) to continue the discussion and reporting on the BATFE's Gunwalker scandal.

The last page of discussion in the previous thread can be found here.

Carry on.

Can the old thread be locked and tacked?

It has links to alot of crucial information.

We need some new revelations, breakthroughs, and congressional actions today to get this thread kicked off right.

Tag.

And to answer someone's question about Bilirakis, he's definitely on our side.  I met Gussie when he was working for his father's campaign nearly 20 years ago.  He was a pro gunn guy, too.

I think JW777 starting this thread is a bad idea for those of us who use the yellow background as a way of finding Nolo's posts which are key to these threads.
Just my .02.
It is going to be difficult to keep up to date with the one poster who's posts are the most important.

This.   Let Nolo start another thread and then tack that one!

Plus, will Nolo have the ability to alter the titles?

I know when I see a title change something important is happening.

Nolo needs to be able to retain ownership of the thread, he started it and is the point man. If someone else starts a new thread then he becomes the OP and his threads are the highlighted ones, not Nolo's.

Yeah, this...  plus Nolo can't change the title when important updates happen.

Trouble getting your can out of the bertie?

As soon as I get a link to a proper thread I'll trash this one and tack it.

ATF just posted a job opening for "Deputy Chief, International Affairs".  I would imagine they'd have a little trouble filling it right now.

No disrespect is meant to John_Wayne777 and I'm sure he understands that. This thread is just so important that it needs the continuity, especially as new people are coming on board at an ever increasing rate.

I'm deeply offended and I'm going to go out in the garden and eat worms.

So there.

Is there really a need to "in on one" or tag a tacked thread?

Part of what made the first one so good was the low amount of useless noise.

This is old news but a gentle reminder that many of the guns from the Arizona 'Gunwalker' operation didn't quite make it to Mexico... and that guns just don't disintegrate or magically disappear when they leave our sight. BATFE put weapons they would deny us into the hands of the very people who use them to deny life to others.
