Thanks, I love it!  I was only 19 when I graduated from Army Flight School at Ft. Rucker.  I was very lucky to have the opportunity to do the "Gun" transition into Cobras and then get to go ply my new trade in Vietnam.  The things I saw and did were almost unimaginable for a young kid of that age.

The Cobra is a tough airframe that can take a terrible beating and keep going.  It was a thrill to fly and I enjoyed every minute of it.  It's still hard to imagine Uncle Sam giving me that fabulous weapon and saying "now get out there and blow some shit up!".
