Those are PC, i guess its not that back because aliens move at mach 9 and predators are way too fun to care I can't locate any 360 demos posted. I don't know. To me, this looks GTG. Can always want more. I think I'll go down tomorrow & reserve a copy. If this does well, Sega will feel comfortable to greenlight the completion of "Aliens: Colonial Marines". |

I use to play the original AVP on PC several years ago and it was fun.
I agree the graphic look a bit old on this one but if it's anything like the old one it will be fun to play, as long as they balanced the characters for online play. The old version had the Marines way to weak and the Predator was god-like. The alien was good as long as you could close the distance otyherwise you woould get smoked. |

It looks gorgeous, but it also looks like a run and gun shooter. So im undecided. I would much prefer an AVP game that played like the original Rainbow Six or the early SWAT shooters. It shouldnt take more than one 3 to 6 shot burst to drop any enemy, alien, predator or human. |

It's a 10mm explosive armor piercing rifle round, if I madly spray 20 rounds in your direction and 2 or 3 of them happen to hit, you should be dead. The Alien and Pred's survivability should come from stealth and speed, not bulletproofness. If a marine gets the drop on one of the other two, or catches it out in the open, the alien or pred should have zero chance. That's why we have guns. |
