| is a VFG allowed on a postban AR? does the pistol grip and the VFG count as two seperate evil features, thereby making the gun an assault weapon? |
|
<-----------
NY state's ban is an exact copy of the now defunct federal ban, except without a sunset date. |
Ugh, I just thought NYC was bad and NY state was free.. Sad to be wrong. |
I don't see it as a movie so much as a proposal. |
i'm pretty sure a VFG is considered a "conspicuously protruding pistol grip", but i'm not sure so i'm asking for clarification. |
The law says "conspicuously protruding beneath the action of the rifle". I think a VFG would be fine because it is under the barrel and not the reciever. |
SWEET good catch! thanks |
Ah ha, thanks! |
