I had a very interesting shift tonight. It was a slow night, I only made a few traffic stops for defects. At around 2130 hours I decided to take a ride on the outskirts off town to look for an OUI. We have a stretch of road that comes off the main Route that comes into town that loops back around to the other side of town. There are some outdoor centers and a bar out on this road and a lot of people will go for rides on this road at night and drink a few beers and go home. I was traveling down the road and came around the corner near the pond / lake and there is a boat landing back in the trees where people often go "parking" or have beer / drug transactions. I noticed a vehicle down there, so I pulled in to investigate. As I was pulling in the vehicle started to back out until they realized I was behind them. I turned on my blue lights so they knew I was there and called it into dispatch. I am still in town limits but I am about 5 miles from the urban compact. I got up the drivers side window of the vehicle, a small extended cab toyota pickup and I noticed a male driver about 17 yrs of age, and two female passengers around 16 yrs of age. I detected the odor of intoxicating liquor on the drivers breathe and I also found a half full, half gallon of rum in the vehicle. I got the driver out and doing FST's, I arrested him for OUI, and summonsed him for illegal possession and transportation of alcohol. I ran checks on both of the females and one of the females was listed as a missing person. A trooper from the state police came up and picked her up later and I had another officer come and take the other female home. This is where it gets interesting. I asked the driver what they were doing down here and he told me he was about to get lucky with both of the girls. He said he picked them up to go for a beer ride and they said they wanted to have a threesome with him. I took him into the PD for the intoxilizer and as i was talking to him, he asked me if he could go the the bathroom. I told him he would have to wait till after the test and he proceeded to tell me that he still had the rubber on, because I interupted them just as they were about to start. HAHAHA! Incidents like this make a night go by so much faster. |
Oh they were defiantly consenting. I talked to the other officer today and I guess the girls told him that they were pissed cuz i am such an asshole and had to break up their threesome!
