So, I don't really have, or haven't had time to get to the Gym between a job and school, and I for a time there could, but with the semester drawing to a close I can't find the time and with my job, the energy. What is a good work out, I can do like for 20 minutes before I get ready every day, like say, roll out of bed, do the work out, (get up 20 minutes earlier than usual or 30 or whatever, do it, then go shower shave and go on with my day.) I've changed my eating habits, and I'm not overweight, but I've lost 20 lbs. I want muscle tone and definition which I was getting, I was working out 4 to 6 times a week during the summer and into the fall, but then it became once or twice a week, and then, I couldn't that week, and now I haven't been in who knows how long, you know? So anyway, any recommendations would be great, especially AB and Core exercises, chest and arm definition, etc. Thanks for the advice, if not, thanks for the time and input. |

Another member turned me on to this place: www.simplefit.org/bodyweight-exercises.html Scroll down to "Workouts" and give them a shot. Do a workout every other day and rest on the off days. |

Thanks for the input, but yea cmjohnson, I kind of got that one. I was thinking things like, doing diamond push ups in sets of 1/3 of what you're doing a set of in pushups, and then doing (I forget the name, touching your elbow to your knee as you do ab exercises, to cross, crunches, etc.), one handed push ups, etc, leg lifts, things of that nature. I mean my schedule is slowing down now, but I have a physically demanding job, and up until this week, a time demanding college curriculum. So any down time is spent, doing laundry, catching up on homework, or working a full-time job. Anything after that is usually reserved for sleeping (Average about 6-8 hours a night.) |
