Bacon wrapped, boudain stuffed chicken breast, mushroom caps stuffed with spinach and mozzarella filled with malbec, fresh sweet corn with real butter and bacon wrapped asparagus. The Chicken was cooked at 325 for 1.5 hours with oak and apple wood. The breasts were split and beaten flat, seasoned with "Slap Yo Mama", wrapped around DJ's jalapeno boudain then wrapped with bacon.
