Now I do modest remodeling on the side, including roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing.
My question, what is ultimately the cheapest? Stickframe Walls, Block Walls, Formed Concrete Walls. ? ETA: It would be for a house. Small single story approx 1000sf |
| It depends on the spec. If it's a shed, stick frame with T1-11 on the outside and nothing inside will probably be the cheapest. If it's for living space and expected to be insulated, finished have electrical and whatnot installed, etc. it gets a lot more complicated. |
