So I had my guns from a practical rifle match out for cleaning, brass tumbling, and a ham thawed for transformation into pork and beans later when I though man, I'm getting hungry.
Sliced off some hunks of pig that I shot on our family hunting trip. Local butcher does a fine job of brining and smoking hog.
Fried it up with some eggs, topped it with some cheese and nestled it between two slices of sourdough bread
Enjoyed a nice breakfast on the patio before cleaning.
