Nah, porn addiction just fucks people up.
Quitting alcohol or drugs causes the same withdrawal symptoms. Losing weight by eating right and working out is also hard on you when you’re overweight for the first 6 months or so. It’s not about the next few months but the next few decades. If you need porn to get off the problem is that you are watching pornography. If the women that you can get with disgust you or you see women as walking pussies, that’s probably due to pornography. Stop porn. Get over the addiction. Get healthy. It might take a year or two but you will be better off. I don’t believe that there’s any such thing as Incels or MGTOW. There’s just pornography addicts that aren’t being honest with themselves about their sexual degeneration and other bad habits. Low testosterone?
