It still shows the firearms link and sub categories but if you select rifles of shotguns it's gone.

Awesome, I've been having great success locating AR15s at Academy's lately. The less people that think they sell guns there the better...

They still sell them, far as I know. My local one does.

They don't have much to sell, last time I was in there. They had lots of boxes of clays sitting where ammo used to be.

My local Academy was fresh out of all semi auto rifles. They said they got a shipment in of 15 ARs one day, and immediately sold out.
The ammo shelves were bare of .223, 9mm and 7.62x39. Lots of .40 and .45, though.

Just got back from ours. Normally fully stocked with ammo all out with the exception of some high power loads. As for guns couple of crickets left and a few shotguns.
