I sent someone that I work with a e-mail, and I inadvertantly attached a copy of my resume instead of a document I was working on for this person.

Outlook?  Click the "unsend" button  If they have not read it you can recall it.  If your office network is set up for it.

If you're using outlook on an exchange server, you may be able to recall the email if you can get to it before he opens it.

Open the email in your sent items folder, and under the "actions" menu, choose "recall this message".

If you sent it through Outlook....you may be able to use the recall option before the recipient opens it.
