Keys is an anti-tax guy... He wants to destroy the income tax system and replace it with a national sales tax (wo-hoo, 4yrs later we'll have BOTH again)... He sees excempting 'descendants of slaves' as kind of like LEO CCW... Start small, widen the exemptions, eventually no income tax (untill the next election, when it would be reinstated)... |
