Sorry if this is a dupe but it's too cool if it's true.

Keyes/Obama debates would be "Show Stealers" and probably effect other national races as well.

I hope Ambassador Keyes accepts the challenge--I would LOVE to vote for him.

Key's is a wonderful man. We have had him here in Maryland for a long time. I would be great to see him go to a state where he can actually do what needs to be done. Unlikely if he were to stay here in MD.

He is really pro gun as well!

Thanks for makin' the link hot 'Beekeeper'

BTW, me too (If I lived in IL).

The debates WOULD be awesome though.  'might just remind folks what this election is all about and what the differences are between the CIRCUS Kerry'll bring with him to DC should he be elected and Bush.

Wow!!! What are the Black folk going to do now??  A REAL Black dude vs. a fake Black dude??  I'm sure they thought the Repubs were just going to throw some cracker in there with no hope of beating Barak O'Sama.  Or is it Bin Laden O'Bama??  Well, whatever.  A real Republican Black Dude.  What a breath of fresh air!!!

I don't think he has a chance in hell, but it is interesting that the dems are already screaming foul because Keyes does not live in Illinois. I seem to recall they had no problem when Hillary ran in NY.

I can't wait to put a Keyes bumper sticker on my car.

I missed a chance to vote for him in '96 and voted for Buchannen instead.  WASTE OF A GOOD VOTE!

In 2000, I wanted to make sure Bush beat McCain, so I voten for him that time around.  In 2004 I'll be supporting Ambassador Keyes for Senate!

You don't have to live in Illinois to vote in Illinois--or be alive.

Edit:  Wait, never mind--that only applies to DemocRATS.

I can't think of a finer man than Alan Keyes for any public office.

I will support Alan Keyes, I will vote for Alan Keyes, but I still say that Jim Oberweis should have been the new candidate.  He got the second most votes in the primary, making him the second choice for Illinois.  Alan Keyes has too much baggage to bring with him.  I might remind everyone that he was one of the most heard people complaining that HITLERy Clinton was running in a state where she didn't live.  just a thought to remember.

One of the things that I worry about is that he blasted Hillary for moving to New York just for a Senate seat.  I love the man and I hope he wins the election but those words may come back to haunt him

And Hitlery lived in NY for 11 months! Keyes, if moving to IL today, has at maximum, 3 months in the state. Hope he prevails though.

Yes, typical Democrat Double Standard.  I think it is part of their platform.
