Lol, I get the impression that he's a pretty cool dude.  I remember reading one of his quotes during the 04 presidential election. It went something like this:  If I didn't already support Bush, seeing the people that support Kerry would've done the trick.

Let us not forget his role as leader of the Satan controlled killer bums in "Prince of Darkness"

I've seen him twice and each time was a Rock and Roll religious experience. He's also a hockey fan, so big plus there.

"From the Inside" is one of my favorites.

He had some good songs, like KISS , but wasnt a record band that you just listen too.

GOD i'd love to be able to travel back in time and see bands like Cooper and KISS live in their heyday.

And one of the foremost collectors of Studebaker Avantis as well...........He also went to bat for Pat Boone when Boone made that heavy metal parody album for charity. Pat was heavily criticized and blasted for it because of his clean cut image, and Cooper stood up for him

Came out the year I graduated high school, 1972.

I heard a guy talking about sales, specifically car sales. He said all the sales men but one ignored this scruffy looking guy at a Phoenix Cadillac dealership.

The guy who was courteous and helpful sold six cars to Alice Cooper.

He used to play Joe Luis Arena every Halloween in Detroit in the eighties. Saw him at least 10 times over the years including last year. He can still rock. The 70's concerts were the best though! Cold Ethyl!

Stephen John Hunter, Dick Wagner, Prakash John, and Pentti Glan -- I saw them in 1974 with Lou Reed in San Francisco. They were with Alice Cooper from 1974-1979.

My drum instructor was a student at Musician's Institute in the early '90s when he landed a gig as Alice's drummer.  He played with him for about 6 months around the LA area as Alice's main drummer was out of commission (think he was in rehab?.  Many people get burned by the rock n' roll lifestyle and he said Alice always avoided it.  He's been performing for so long he didn't attend rehearsals.  He'd just show up for the show and immediately bug out when it was over.  He never partook in all the after show stuff.  This probably is why he's been successful in the industry.

"The Alice Cooper Show" was an awesome album; his band was excellent.

I've eaten at his restaurant in Phoenix; nice place. He lets charities use the front yard.

His shows today are better than they've ever been.
I haven't missed a tour in Michigan since 1987.

This should be the official ARFCOM Alice Cooper Song.....kinda like Lawyers, Guns and Money is the official Warren Zevon Song

VERY, VERY COOL TUNE with GREAT Arfcommie type lyrics....

( LOL...afrcommie!!! )
Lyrics:

I've got the answers

To all of your questions

If you've got the money

To pay me in gold

I will be living

In Old Monte Carlo

And you will be reading

The secrets I sold

Daggers and contacts

And bright shiny limos

I've got a watch

That turns into a lifeboat

Glimmering nightgowns

And poisonous cobras

Silencer under the heel of my shoe

The elegance of China

They sent her to lie here on her back

But as she deeply moves me

She'd rather shoot me in my tracks

And while a Middle Asian lady

She really came as no surprise

But I still did destroy her

And I will smash

Halo of flies

I crossed the ocean

Where no one could see

And I put a time bomb

In your submarine

Goodbye to old friends

The secrets in hand

With phony papers

And counterfeit plans

You never will understand

He was, he says he doesn't recall recording a few of his albums. He won't play them in concert because of it. Which is a shame, I really enjoy DaDa

He carved his initials into the back of one of my guitars with a buck knife years ago.  This was at an album signing sponsored by my then employer.

I have a coupe of pics somewhere.  Circa 1992-1993 I think.

He seemed to enjoy it more than dragging a sharpie over album flats or posters.

His body guard was not amused when I took the knife out and opened it up.  350 lbs. of very determined man covered about 10-15 feet in absolutely no time.  Thank God Cooper understood what I was looking for and prevented my face from being ripped off and shoved somewhere unspeakable.

Put on one hell of a show at the Buffalo Chip in Sturgis in 2011.  One of the best I have ever seen.  First time ever seeing him perform live.  I have tons of video posted on FB but have no way of putting it on Youtube now that I know of.

I saw him open for Iron Maiden. Good show. It was great to see a legend. I enjoyed his decapitation. He also had a hot Greek chick playing guitar for him at the time.

He is actually a Christian, all reports to the contrary notwithstanding.

Vincent Furnier is the guy's real name. His net worth is 40+ million duckets.

I've seen his shows like 7 or 8 times. He used to get around. Toured constantly.
