| I don't know about all of you out there, but lately I have been a bit panicked about my firearm situation. You see, I have two AR's and one AK. Oh and a 22lr bolt rifle. The problem is I simply don't think I have near enough. And ammo is even worse. I have been wanting to spend almost every spare dime I have on ammo, just to ensure I have enough. And trust me, I don't have very much at all. My wife doesn't really understand, and frowns when I mention needing more guns/ammo. She does like to shoot with me, but simply doesn't share my feelings about the world around us going to hell, and the potential need for these items. I know there are a lot of gun nuts out there who just like to have them, but I feel the NEED for them. Am I going too far off the edge? |
I think you should fabricate a response that meets your needs, then post it here. We will eventually decide whether or not you are a  , and will then pass judgment on your proposed response to your question.For your edification, no one here "feels" that the world is going to hell, and no one shares your belief that there is a "potential" need for the items you mention.

what brand ammo do you feed you mak-90? what is that mak-90 chambered for? What was the first rifle that the mak-90's round was used in? who designed the AK operating system? the AR's? Who was the original mfg'r of the AR? |

Let me let you in on a little secret. None of us here on arfcom actualyl own guns or ammo. We just photoshop pics we find on the internet. You actually keep guns and stuff in your house? What are you tryign to do, cause another Columbine to happen?

 I understand completely. Most of us started out with "two AR's and one AK" well before we knew anything about guns. Each of us began the learning process by asking questions calculated to elicit responses which would make board members sound like paranoid morons. I don't know why you aren't getting a better reception unless it's the fact that the bitter arguments in this place are over things like the nature of morality and the real meaning of the 9th Amendment, or the fact that you give every indication of being a moss-covered, humpbacked, bridge-dwelling troll.Perhaps you should really buy and shoot guns like the ones mentioned in your opening post. The world will look very different to you. You will no longer think of saying "fuck" in a crowded theater as an act of guerilla anything; you will no longer think of defending Marx against the onslaughts of a Leninist professor or coffee drinker as an act of courage; you will no longer be able to giggle at faux-Freudian analyses of gun ownership. It will change your life, and it's a safe bet it won't make your life any more worthless. Buy a gun. Shoot it. Taste freedom. Then come back. |
