I've had Netflix on my TV for a year now, and it's been pretty good. It streams fast, loads up fast, and aside from the screwed up way you have to search for things...it's actually pretty good.

I decided to try Amazon Prime out for a month, and it comes with the Amazon Instant Video feature.  I tried it, and it seems like it takes forever to actually play a movie after you select it. I don't know if it's buffering or what, but it will sit there for 2-3 min before the movie will actually play. Other than that....it's about the same as Netflix....hard to search.

Anyone have Amazon Instant and have really slow streaming?  I think I'm going to cancel Amazon Prime in a few weeks...

had both, dumped netflix.

in 2-3 years, i've had problems with vid delivery on prime twice.  both times they refunded my purchase without me having to ask.  just got an email saying "we noticed you had a problem with your movie title, so your account has been credited with a refund."

If it's slow, it's your internet connection. Mine loads almost instantaneously. And I have prime and netflix, like them both.

Amazon streams better for me, rarely ever get buffering pauses. when Netflix is working good it's good but sometimes the buffering pauses are so often that I have to turn it off.
