Yeah I know cool story, or not.
I tried Amazon prime based upon everyone here so that is why you get the story. 
I purchased a sprayer for my quad to take care of the weeds at my "weekend" property. I purchased in May and used it the next time I went up. I never could get it to work after that. The pump would run, but on spit water. I rinsed the unit after I sprayed and put it away. I never could get it to prime again, including after a full tear down and cleaning. There was no visible issue. Any way, I logged in to Amazon and the return date passed on June 8th. I did the chat and told them it only worked once and wouldn't prime again. I figured to bad so said it's past the return date. But NO.  The first response was an offer to return for refund and a link to a prepaid shipping label.
I checked UPS for a rate before contacting Amazon, my cost for return shipping would have been $75.00 or so on a $200 purchase, I only paid $ 4 for Prime next day. I'm shocked and confused by their customer service, not what I expected. I am however happy with the results. Ordered in April and they sent a prepaid shipping label in July and offered a refund. 
Anyone have a source for a 30.2 x 22 x 14.5 box? Or a good DC powered weed sprayer, 25 gallon or so unit with a boom for $200 or so? Any way, CSB , FBHO and TLDR.
