I would think that ammo manufacturers overseas will be going balls to the wall to step up production and make a killing in sales here. How long will we have to wait for huge amounts of ammo from them before it becomes obvious somebody is stopping it from coming in? Honestly, I don't have any idea about the reasonable lag-time before they could react to this situation, and ship ammo in....... They sure as hell cannot say it was for lack of freighters to send it, with the Baltic Dry Index telling me most of the Merchant Marine fleet is parked in harbors around the world, going "no place fast". I am thinking we should already be seeing at least a trickle of higher priced, but at least available Wolf, Tula, etc in 5.56 and 7.62x39. Just as long as you don't try to buy it at Wally-World, who oddly decides to stop ordering ammo exactly when it could make a huge profit doing so.
