I truly believe if (when) the left regains control of the executive and the legislative branches of government this will be their next big push. After Sandyhook I convinced myself that if they couldn’t get it done then it wasn’t going to happen but now I am not so sure. They have been using the state level approach which has sadly been fairly successfull for them but I am starting to believe this will be their next big ticket federal level item, like healthcare was before it when they control the levers of power. She should move to California, they have loads of gun control. Oh wait...

Quoted: Let me know how that's working out for you. Was it all of five months ago there was that shooting in Texas in a school with ten dead? Many states, like Texas, prohibit concealed carry in a place that makes most of their income from liquor like a night club ... so even if this country night club was in Texas, in all likelihood, the results would be no different. But thanks for playing. The weird thing is that when the shootings take place in Ohio, Virginia, Texas, or Florida and there's 10 or 20 people shot and no good guy with a gun shows up nobody here says a word. None. But when the same sort of thing happens in California or New York say, before the bodies are in the grave there's idiots here saying that it wouldn't happen here cuz my guns. Nobody said screw the parents of the Texan children dead. View Quote There should be no "gun free" zones anywhere. I'm sorry you got something else out of that. |

What little sympathy I have for these people after these events, immediately evaporates when they run their mouths about taking away my rights.

Dear grieving mom -
I am sorry for your loss. I'm NOT sorry your girl lost. You can't have my shooting irons. I wil continue to pray for you and your son. |

Her son died so now she wants your rights taking away. She is a democrat.

Meh.... she is a mom who just lost her kid. I'm not getting triggered by her comments. What pisses me off is scumbags who will exploit her for their political gain. View Quote Well said. I will say that here son was out supporting a product that kills 1000's more than any gun ever has. I have lost 3 family members to alcohol and drunk driving. NO MORE BARS AND ALCOHOL!!!! |

Well, I'm very sorry for her loss. This shooting was a tragedy of the first order, and I understand her rage and pain. When your loved one is taken from you, you want to lash out, and unfortunately her lashing out is calling for gun control. There's very little chance she was not a liberal gun grabber before this, and there's nothing anyone can do or say that will change her mind.
She lives in one of the most liberal, firearms restrictive states in the union. If this does not show her that gun control does not work, nothing will. |

I’ll be a little sad when I have to take out people like her when the time comes, because by then the ammunition will be quite expensive. Honestly at this point, people like her are worse than practically any enemy our country/military has faced. Just because we live in the same country doesn’t make us buddies, especially when you’re looking to take my rights away.

If her son had a gun on him, he'd likely still be alive.

Sigh......I can't imagine the rage she is feeling as a parent who has lost her child.
That said, fuck her politics. |

CA has lots of very strict infringing gun control.
How did that work out? |

What new law would have stopped the gunman?
They can never answer this question, because the answer is none. No new laws would have prevented this atrocity. |

She got heavy gun control and look what it’s given her. View Quote https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RXwo9lARAgg If people weren't brainwashed into thinking guns are bad it'd be like that Glock commerical where a guy tries to rob a diner and everyone in the diner pulls out a Glock. |

If I had just lost my child to a tragic event, I doubt I'd be out in front of the cameras within a day pushing policies.

So... Arf brain trusts, answer me this
What is the chance her son would be at the vegas shooting and survive, then decide to go to another packed arena for another concert I sure the fuck wouldn't ever go to another one if I survived one, that is for damn sure Sarcasm--->do they have a "pool" they put kids and people into and send them into possible war zones?? (only said because if I was the parent of a survivor, shit would be different and I would protect them by saying dont do xyz again) |
