only had it a few times but i cant imagine having to deal with it on a regular basis.
Whenever i did have it tylenol pm , nyquill, all that shit just made me feel like i wanted to rip my scalp off. (completely opposite effect i was looking for)

I think two years working nights and those two years where I worked 80-120 hours a week screwed me.

i've heard Ambien works pretty well. A freind tried it and says it works great and you have no hangover from the drug.
You have to have a prescription for it though.

I have a script and I like it.  I take it and wake up refreshed and not tired
