This shit is really making me sick. What the hell is wrong with people? JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The mother and stepfather of a 1-year-old boy are charged with child neglect after police investigated severe head injuries to the child brought to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center Monday afternoon. Doctors called police for what they considered suspicious injures that included hemorrhaging and blood clots in the brain, along with bruising and abrasions on the face. A physicians told a detective that the child sustained a severe blunt-force trauma to the head. Jasmine Carter, 23, told detectives she woke up to find her son on the floor with Bill Milinski standing over the boy. Click here to find out more! Milinski, 25, told investigators that the he woke up to find child was already on the floor. Both said they did not know how the boy was hurt, and that they were alone in their Arlington apartment, and no one else had been caring for the child. At last report, the boy was reported to be on life support. Early Tuesday morning, Carter and Milinski were charged with willful child neglect causing great bodily harm. Neglect? How the hell is this not abuse? Seems to me neglect is freakin' minor. |

I'm gonna reserve blame for now... I want all of the facts. 'IF' the child actually made it out of the crib and fell, and the crib was secure... it's a horrid accident. If the he fell out of the bed where he was sleeping with the parents... then that's a problem & perhaps they should be removed from the gene pool. Now... 'IF' this was intentional... than the guy need to meet Sparky! David |
