Well after some else asked about phones, I decided to ask one since I am in the market.
I have used Tracfone since 2000. I went from simple flip phones to touch screen phone that I currently use. I like using the pay as you go but I would like to get a truly smart phone. My current phone is a LG that qualifies as the village idiot when looking on the web. now tracfone does offer android phones but they use the Verizon network. Tracfone phones either use Verizon or att networks. Where I live in down town austin, I am in a dead zone when it comes to verizon. Att works fine. I have figured out that I can get an unlocked phone and a triple minute for life Sim card from tracfone. I can then transfer the 6k in minutes to the new phone and go. What I am looking for is a phone with android, GSM AT&T network and under 200 bucks. Suggestions? I am currently considering BLU and Samsung but would look at others. |
