I found this while tree trimming outside. My mom thinks it's some sort of egg cluster of an unknown insect. She may be right, she might not.

I put it to you, ARFCOM, to solve this mystery.

The overall size of this is about the size of a dime. Not very big. The individual cells..or whatever they are, are miniscule. About the size of an automatic pencil lead.

Anyone?
