Is $399 (probably can haggle to 360-370) for a Birdcage SP1 upper in VG-exellent cond. w/ colt bolt a decent deal?

guy wants 399 w/ bolt and 299 w/o

i wanna build an SP1 clone and they got some uppers at a local gun show

cheapest i see at gunbroker is 365 w/o bolt

Yes, that is a decent deal. I would urge caution, however, to make sure it's the real deal & not some slapped together upper to make some coin off of.
