I am intrigued by the idea of archiving important documents and photos on a portable self enclosed hard drive of some sort. Ideally one with few or no moving parts.
I have a USB (external hard drive) backup of everything but I want something tough that I can throw in a bugout bag. Doesn't have to be a TB or anything, but 40gb minimum. I know, we probably won't use USB in 5 or 10 years... But I don't really know what else to do... Cloud storage doesn't really interest me so I figure it has to be something like a thumb drive. |
