Either the Robot at Funland or the puppeteer.

For those who loved SD as a kid, along with Johnny Quest, GI Joe and others, go watch the Venture Bros, esp the first 4 seasons.   Very SD / JQ like.  4-6 are more GI Joe like with the OSI.   One of my fav shows, period.

I love where the pirate ghost shows up and Brock beats the dogshit out of him.

The newer series, Mystery Incorporated, is actually really food. My kids love it. It was also fun for adults because they threw in a ton of nostalgic references and Easter eggs throughout that only we would recognize.

The Freak of Crystal Cove is pretty good as a villain.

I always wanted to see an adult version of Scooby Doo and the gang along the same lines of Monster Hunter International. They would still be solving mysteries and such but the first time a ghost chased after them, Fred would pull out a double-barrel and put two into the chest. Scooby would be a war dog.

A couple of months ago me and the GF were both sick the same week.  So on a rainy Saturday we made a pallet on the living room floor, ordered some pizza, popped some wine and whiskey and had Scooby Doo marathon.  It was awesome.

I haven't seen it, but that's how I'd like to think this episode goes.
