Thought I'd make a list of SHTF predictions and how they turned out.
Non-events: Y2K West nile Bird-flu Peak oil Hyperinflation Dollar collapse Asteroid impact X number of terror attack predictions Food shortages Amero currency $10 gasoline Georgia/Russia ––> WW3 Mysterious investor to cause complete market collapse Obama riots Israel invading Iran before Obama gets in Yellowstone supervolcano Actual events: New Orleans (was this predicted accurately?) Housing bubble |
