| Anybody out there have any idea on what asphault driveways cost. Like a ballpark figure per square foot? Any help would be appreciated. |

i have installed both and with the cost of asphault and cancreate it is almost the same cost for materails for them both. the labor for concreate is just a little more but the pay off and longevity for concreate far out wieghs asphualt and you dont have to recoat it every year. also when it gets hot things with small foot prints tend to sink into asphault over night abd then it makes a pot hole over the winter. hope this helps |
| I just had my driveway done. Think I got screwed over but here it is. around 320 feet long, 12 feet wide with around 35 feet wide at the garage and beside it. min of 2 inch thick with crushed gravel base. Total cost $9500 ...it was VERY painful to write that check....They told me they put around 65 tons of asphalt down. |
Make sure they use a full size roller And the gravel base is the key............... |
