It is an SBR not a full auto (auction even says S-auto).



As to the price, I don't know in today's market. I bought that kit about 3 years ago (maybe 4) for around $500. Figure the receiver, time to build (not much more than a run-of-the-mill AK) and it seems overpriced to me, but so does an $800 WASR.



In other words, the market will decide.
