| Sheriffs office just robo-dialed our land line. The message was as follows "This is a code red. An inmate has escaped from the Pioche Conservation Camp". It also gave a description and last known sighting. This is the second time in the last two weeks that one of these fucks has walked off. Last time I was away at work and the wife was very antsy over it. Fortunately I'm here tonight so she feels much safer. I doubt he is still close to town but the dog and I are on high alert anyway. |

I'll take a guess he had transport already lined up. Most likely yes. We are 110 miles from a town of any size and almost 200miles from Vegas. It is also 16f now with a low of 8f predicted so he wouldn't last long on foot. |
