so my son wants a BB gun for christmas... i have been out of the bbgun game for years since i graduated to chemical fired projectiles

any suggestions for a good beginner BB gun other than the red ryder, i already marked that one off.. been looking at daisy and crosman bb guns. also which would be better, a single pump or mulitple pump bb gun?

Gamo Whisper, I got one a few months ago, it has a built-in suppressor and 1400 fps! Scope included also

i brought it from this place, very good prices.

bb's are for red riders or drodz.  If you want pellet gun suggestions, please add your price range and your son's age.

The in thing right now is pcp - But with pump they start a hair under $400.  If you go with bulk c02, the price can be under $300.  Springers are out - to much moves when they fire for the average person to be accurate with them.

A sleeper is the Crossman 2240-2250-2260 line.  Decent quality co2, with tons of customizing available.

definitely looking for pump right now as he is definitely a beginner.. looking at not more than $50 from some of the ones i have seen. he is 7

yeah a drozd would frigging rock but id like to get him into the handling, marksmanship, take your time and squeeze on the target first before weo go full auto, plus I would be playing with the damn thing and he would never get a chance at it

Sportsman Guide has reman Daisy single pump BB guns with 1000f/p/s velocity for a mere $69 each. I bought one & they're worth three times the price, IMO.
